PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ZOOM IN APP.

By using the Zoom IN app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. If prompted to "Agree" or "Disagree," select "Disagree." If you obtained the app with hardware and do not agree, return the full package within the return period to the authorized distributor for a refund, per Zoom IN's return policy. Restock charges may apply based on condition and contents of equipment and accessories.

These terms are governed by Florida law. They comply with Florida Statutes Chapters 720 (Homeowners' Associations) and 718 (Condominiums), including security data handling for multifamily properties (§768.0706) and records transparency (HB 1203).

1. General

1.1. The Zoom IN software, documentation, interfaces, content, fonts, and related data ("Zoom IN Software") are licensed to you by Zoom IN, a division of International Security Network, Riviera Beach, FL ("Zoom IN," "we," "us," or "our"). We retain all ownership and rights not expressly granted. These terms apply to any pre-installed Zoom IN-branded software on your hardware, unless separate terms accompany it. You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify, sell, rent, transfer, resell for profit, distribute, or create derivative works from the Zoom IN Software or any part of it.

1.2. We may provide upgrades or updates to the Zoom IN Software at our discretion. These may not include all features from prior versions or new releases for other devices. These terms govern upgrades/updates that replace or supplement the original software, unless separate terms apply.

1.3. Title and intellectual property rights to content displayed or accessed via the Zoom IN Software belong to the respective owners, protected by copyright and other laws. Except as stated here, these terms grant no rights to such content and do not guarantee its availability.

2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions

2.1. System Requirements: The Zoom IN Software requires compatible mobile devices meeting our specified requirements. Certain features may need a unique username and password.

2.2. Geographic Restriction: We may restrict access if use violates Florida or federal laws, including HOA/condo rules under Chapters 720/718, Fla. Stat.

The software collects usage data from your Zoom IN Device and mobile device, including location, guest access logs, service provider entries, and technical errors—to support HOA security, audits, and improvements. Data is stored securely for transparency within the online model (e.g., DBPR/HOA records requests). Free tier is a local database only and provides for one user and 10 visitor keys. Additional keys sold through ZoomIN store - www.zoomIN.it

No yearly charge is valid if free trial is canceled within 30 days of activation.
